Forest Manager, Andrew Bronwin and Co. Ltd (Powys, Wales)

A job opportunity exists in Powys within an experienced team of forestry managers for a: Forest manager – a minimum of 2 years experience preferred.

Based in Mid Wales for over 20 years and working throughout Wales and the border counties we are looking for a dedicated person who takes a pride in delivering a quality service.

The company’s work is diverse and interesting with an emphasis on the management of traditional estates, timber harvesting and new woodland creation. The new post provides an excellent opportunity for a manager with some experience to develop his/her woodland management skills.

The work includes woodland management, restocking, woodland creation, timber
harvesting, grant applications, timber harvesting and marketing and GIS mapping.

The remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and will include a
company vehicle and entry into the company pension scheme.

Candidates should be a Chartered member of the Institute of Chartered Foresters
or working towards Chartered status.
